How well do you get along with your inlaws?

Do you have a rocky relationship or do you get on well with them? Mine are really nice and they seem to like me, but because they're religious they weren't too impressed with us moving in together after only 4 months. But they seem to have gotten over it and I'm pretty convinced they approve of me!
Has anyone got any funny inlaw stories?

I'm not married yet, but I actually get along pretty well with my fiance's parents. He is the youngest of his family, and we just moved across the country (far from both our families), so I know that they rely on me to take good care of him (which I do). They are both really sweet to me, though, and I know that they know that my fiance and I are very good for each other. So when we do get married, and they are officially my in-laws, I think we'll still get along great. :)
