My Sister has always worn cotton panties or no panties at all, she maintains that nylon panties cause a hot pocket and perspiration, which in turn causes infections , bacterial and yeast types. Do you think this is true.???

Absolutely, nylon underwear can't breathe so all the bacteria and moisture stay there and breed. It is best to wear cotton, it will breathe. I don't even buy nlyon underwear.

Yes hoewver you can wear nylon panties as long as you only wear for a certain number of hours, it can not be prolonged, and you want to change out of them asap. If at the end of day you can put on cotton or nothing at all it is definitely better than to be in nylon or any other type of fabric material for women especially those who are very easily able to obtain a yeast infection. Messing with the pH down there is not a good thing...very uncomfortable.
