the price of this house is cheap or expensive?

My friend lives in Manchester of England.He wants to buy a house in that city.The house lord asked for 120,000 pounds.The circumstance of the house i introduce in brief:the position of the house is close to the gymnasium,the house has seven rooms on the second floor ,the space of the house about 400 square metres ,the first floor can lease or start a bar. so i want ask you the price of the house is too high or fine?

It really depends on the area you want to live in. In Ireland you would pay a LOT more to buy a house in Dublin than anywhere else in the country.

House - A beautiful house with nice front.
That's already very expensive if we compare prices here in the Philippines because pounds has higher exchange rate than the US dollar. The first floor may be used for business so I think that's just a fair price and it's near a gym that has seven rooms on the second floor. If he has the money he should take advantage for it's not easy to find a house where we can do business.
