When someone is sentenced to death who has killed many innocent people..What is your feelings or opinion on this matter..
Do you rejoice that just sentence is passed..or do you feel sorry ..despite the fact the condemned has taken the lives of so many.
I never rejoice over the death of others..not even of the most evil..I know justice must be served..I am not really good with knowing what is the best way of handling situations of such high caliber...

There is no capital punishment in my country.
In a simple murder case there is a sentence up to twenty five years but the time in jail is less if the murderer behaves good in jail and repents.
For severe cases there is lifetime sentence.
In the 70th there were terrorists in our own country who committed murders. The officials decided to build a high security jail for them and most are still in this prison. It costs a lot of money to watch them.
The line of thinking is that no human being has the right to kill another, not even for justice.
I was shocked when Saddam was hanged and about the brutality of these officials.
This would not be possible in my country. And I think our law is good and correct.

tHEY KNOW THAT IF THEY COMMIT such a crime then they must face the judgement and sentence that goes with that crime.. It is gravely sad but they know there are consequences. I dont feel as sorry for them as I do the people they kill and the members of their families and loved ones....those are the ones who go with the hurt and the painful memories.....

I don't like thinking about it.
Personally it's to late for themselves to change anything and thats the way I see it. I don't bother to feel sad or sorry for them but I'm not happy about it :)
