Would you stay in a haunted home?

I have an opportunity to purchase a haunted home in a beautiful small town in the middle of the United States. However, this cannot be my primary residence. I was wondering, if I rented it out as a haunted place to stay for a nightly or weekly rental, do you think people would be interested? Just to be clear, this would be instead of a costly haunted hotel or bed and breakfast, as I wouldn't be staying there--I would just be renting it out. Any feedback would be appreciated.
