Do You ever worry about the side-effects of your medications?

I think that a lot of the medications out there right now have awful side-effects. Especially the ones meant for mental health. With the Vioxx lawsuit and other big-name drug companies being sued, do you think that someday you'll have to sue a drug company due to an illness caused by their drug? I've heard good and bad things about those drugs, usually it's a two-edged sword; the drug cures an illness but cause another one.
