Guys, how is your heart-beat recently? Do you feel your heartbeat moves fast, slow or just moving normally? If you either answer fast or slow beats in your heart, then what's the cause why is it so?
In my part, I do sometimes feel like my heartbeat seems to beats fast specially when I'm getting nervous or scared of something all of a sudden.
So guys, how is your heartbeat so far?

Mine has actually been pretty steady lately (just ask my doctor LOL). Now pretty much the only times that it speeds up is if I'm nervous or if I've had a soda that isn't diet, or some sugary chocolate goody. Then it kicks up a few notches, but it never lasts very long thankfully.

My Heart beat gets very irregular when I start panicking like when my Breathing goes on me
I have to have a Heartscan every year as this Illness could affect my Heart
Also it certainly beats very fast when I see my Man lol but that is a nice fast beat

Your heart is responding to your emotions, sometimes my heart beats very fast when I am nervous or scared. Its just part of the process! I am a heart attack survivor so I watch my heart more than most people, lol.
