Here is a list of all of the chores that I was able to complete today...all because I just could not stand to look at the ugly green avatar that I was stuck with because of the glitch today...
Made breakfast...eggs, biscuits and gravy, coffee,juice
did the breakfast dishes
swept and mopped the kitchen floor
applied a new coat of wax to the kitchen floor
stripped all of the household beds...washed sheets (ended up doing 5 loads of clothes)
came back to myLot...urghhhhhh still green
responded to a few discussions
quick lunch of ham sandwiches and chips, milk
dishes again
cleaned the living room...vacuumed and dusted (YUCK)
hung up clothes and made my bed with clean sheets
back to myLot....getting really tired of this green avatar
outside to feed the animals...in the rain...ohhhhh
cleaned both bathrooms...mirrors, tubs, showers, floors
dinner time....goulash and buttered crackers
chocolate cake for dessert
dishes, yet again...haven't I done this already??? lOL
Finally the kids are taking baths and getting ready for bed...Yeah!!! I was able to upload my avatar!!!
Maybe they should have a glitch more often...it is good for my house....LMAO

Geez Tina you did a lot of chores. I wasn't mylotting as I was working but I can surely identify with feeding the animals in the rain *yuck* - not one of my favourite chores!

I've not been mylotting much these days as i've had a reocurrence of the old "black dog" recently but getting better slowly - thanks for your concern my friend. Glad you are getting better too! ;)

It stormed here most of the day...but the animals must eat too...so I slipped on hubby's big ole boots and tramped around and took care of them....
I usualy do chores on the house everyday....but today, my irritation got the best of me and I put it to good use...LOL
I have missed you lately, my friend...I have been gone lately quite a bit...but am back to myself again....

i didn't turn on the computer ,lol. I know better than to turn it on til i have all or most of my chores done.I turn it on,that's it.of course sundays are my lazy days so I can be on there all i want and not effect my chores

isn't it awful,lol.I am doing ok. I am trying to work out a much needed vacation from work. They really gave me a hard time but i was persistant.Now i am just trying to work out a date.

Hahahaha I keep my House clean in betwen so made no difference to me and at least I did not have that ugly green thing lol I was just blank

I also have a routine so that most days I am able to sit doen at the computer and talk to all of ya'll several times a day...
I always take care of my responsibilities first...or at least am willing to put this down and go back to work...so I get things finished....
I am picky about my house anyways....LOL

OMG Tina that was a lot of cleaning ALL in one day WOW!
Ummm now let me think, what did I do? did I do anything around the house? ummmm oh yes, I stacked the dishwasher, swept the kitchen floor, pulled out my small filing box to tidy up and file new items (which is still sitting on the floor in the dining room and hasn't been touched LOL), made breakfast, lunch and dinner for my son and I (not as yummy as your choices - haha) and then made the bed (late afternoon - not sure why I bothered to but I did). That's all I did (besides being in mylot and in chat with my hubby) :):)

That really is a typical day for me..I am always busy...and I like my house to look nice...I am glad that you are able to chat with your hubby....
I sometimes do not get too making my bed unil afternoon and while it really makes nosense at the point...I would rather climb into a straightened bed so I always go ahead a make it....LOL

P.S. This morning, I have a box with a red x....so they still do not have it fixed...urghhhhhhh! But our avatar's match today....LMAO

Congrats on all the work you got done and the avatar. Well today I cleaned out my car ready for the new owner:) Then I dusted my celing fan UGH! Did dishes,vaccumed,cleaning toilets,UGH! and played with Angelina outside. Not a hole lot but more than I wanted to do. I have been in alot of pain lately so now I am swelled up but at least the car is clean,lol. Glad to see you posting again. Missed your posts!

I am so sorry to hear that you are suffering with alot of pain, my friend...
I did not clean my ceiling fan today...darn it!! Guess I will do that tomorrow....LOL
It stormed here today, so the kids were all under my feet while I was cleaning....well, for awhile; then I told them that I could find them some "work" too and swish...gone to the bedroom and to the games...hahaha
I am feeling back to myself again...although I may be sore tomorrow because I am worn out from today...but as I look around it is still very satisfying to see the house look so nice....lol
Thanks so much for sharing your chores with me....I know that Angelina had fun today...wish I could have sent the kids outside too.....(I have 2 of my grandchildren)....

Well Tina, thanks to your avatar problem, your house is now cleaner. Several weeks ago, we read that because of myLot, someone's life was saved. Now we can also add that because of myLot (problem with myLot, rather) a house was made cleaner...haha. I have never experienced any avatar problem in the 4 weeks I am here, but you never know what may hit you anyday.
Unlike you, I didn't clean the house. That's what I paid my maid to do. I did clear some of my mails and did some filing though. I also made some money (around $420) on the stock market two hours ago. In between I also went in to my PC to clear some emails, updated some data and made several posts in myLot. It's all in a day's work!

My Friend, I must have missed the post aboout myLot saving someone's life..LOL
It sounds like you had a good day and made some money..gotsome stuff done that needed your attention...that is what it is all about...
In the USA, most pople do not have maids...so it is up to us to handle these things... while I do these chores (or similar) ones daily...I was so frustrated about the glitch at myLot that I thought that I would share with ya'll....

If not for my mother-in-law who's 86 and requires some assistance, I'd rather not have a maid. I don't mind doing a share of the housework with my wife, something I used to do up to a few years back when I didn't have a maid.
I see you've changed yr avatar again. Your original one of you and yr husband was fine. Why didn't you keep that one?

Woohooo you're back! I hated that old avatar so plain, so cold, so unyou! Great to see the real you! Wow you were super mum, all those jobs! When I'm waiting for an important phone call, like an employer ringing me back to say whether I've got a job or not, instead of sitting around thinking and wondering I go full steam into the housework, doing jobs I wouldn't normally do the ones you put off and put off! Today my housemate is around so hopefully he'll do his fair share, as he never does much other times!

It does seem to help pass the time...

Last night I could see mine but was not being seen by my friends here from the UK...I could see their's but they were unable to....strange!!

Now that's the spirit, tinam. I didn't slept the whole night as I was chatting with a friend for 5 straight hours. By 5 in the morning, I started preparing breakfast for my girls, drove them to school, came home and cleaned my house a little. I hopped off to my bed and began to catch up on my much needed sleep.
I woke up past noon, prepare a sand which for my late lunch and surfing the net. By late afternoon, I fetched my girls from school, helped them with their homeworks, cooked dinner and afterwards, tucked them in their beds. I started to do mylotting around 10 PM. Its almost 2 in the morning and I'm still catching up here.

You are as busy as I am...LOL I have learned how to muti-task...so I can combine frequent short breaks areound my housework for myLotting....then after baths...then I attempt to play "catch up"....it is amazing how fast time can slip by while sitting here responding to my fiends'discussions....

I cleaned the kids room, made his bed...did the dishes cleaned the kitchen, swept, mopped, made my son help get his toys out of the living room, cleaned that, did some laundry, the usual. You sound like you had a productive day! =)

Yes, I usually do alot of those things...with the exception of waxing the floor...I only do that 2 a month...other days, like today...I wash walls in the kitchen...tomorrow...the living room walls...I have a schedule for it so I do not miss stuff....
I hope that you are taking time out to get some extra rest...we need a healthy new mommie...so have they given ou a due date yet???

I guess when these glitches occur, it reminds us that we have a life outside myLot. So even if you have finished your household chores, you still can pick up a book or tune in to the TV. :D

I can understand your situation. For those who have children it is really hectic sometimes. I too have to do a lot of chores especially cleaning and arranging things which my son has spread evertwhere in the house. This is his usual thing. Morning the house is clean. After ge gets up, and after having his breakfast, he will start his work :) . The house becomes so full of things that I can hardly walk. Then, I will start gathering alll his small toys etc from the floor. This whole thing I have to repeat several times of the day including other chores for eg laundry, cooking, and ofcourse working on computer. But, this has become a habit sort of things for me. Sometimes really tiring. But, no probs, it is for my kid, so I don't complain. Take care

Thank you, Lavenderbloom....I have a 5 yr. old son and 2 of my grandchildren are staying with me right now..so it can get quite hectic here too....I do get tired...but rarely have trouble sleeping...LOL
