Ronon, guy with dreads, is handsome! Its the modern version of Clint Eastwood, silent but deadly type.
Oh my goodness do you think that this is Teal'c way in? Oh no not Jason! He needs a job too.
If you had to choose, would you rather Teal'c or Ronon to be the heavy on Atlantis?

Teal'c has the MOST class of any actor I have ever seen. No comparisons the man is in a class by himself.
