working in a certain company deals w/ many things, like the way we deal w/ our boss or colleagues, right way to handle customer, shop appearance and so on and so forth.. oftentimes we have this feeling of hesitation/fear of standing up on what believe for we might lose our job. especially if we are in a state of mind that finding a new job is really difficult..i have always been a giving person just to avoid argument, but when or how can we say that THIS is the time where it is enough already..that we have to stand up for ourselves and do what we believe without being feared of offending our boss and losing our job? anybody who have been in this same sitation before and overcome it, pls. help..

I believe there is a right time and a right place. One can never be sure of the right time and place for this thing to happen because he is the boss for the reason that he is considered as 'above' the rest. Maybe you c can be so frank if you have a close relationship or if you think he is open minded, but that is rare. I guess in life there are times when we can't really be ourselves for fear of losing something on the process. The best way is, if you fear job security then you just keep quiet, but if you are sure your job is secure and they need you, then go for it. Lastly, the right time when you can actually say outright your thoughts is if and when you are earning higher than your boss. Best of luck. Just my cents.

Honestly its only you can say if your boss pushed you to your limits. Its normal to be afraid of losing our jobs especially when we have families that depends on us like our children. But for me when I'm not happy anymore and there is a greater oppurtunity that i'm looking forward I'll definitely gamble for it. I know it will be hard in the start but I'm willing to take chances than dealing with not so good job enviroment. Just be yourself and weigh things over and I'm sure you will be on your right track!!! (,")
