Overload of work which makes the students more mentally weak and also tried. How will this can be dealt. Is this a better management of the school authorities. May be this overload is made up those who gives these to childern without analysing their capabilities.

Ah. . .yes. . .I know this too well. My son had a teacher who gave my son so much homework he had little time for anything else. . .even eat or shower. He is in and advanced math class and the teacher insisted her students work harder because they were very capable. I ended up exchanging words with that teacher, probably was the only parent in the school to speak to her as sharply as I did. I don't mind homework. And I don't mind a lot of homework. I don't mind teachers who challenge my son. I mind it when he no longer has time to go outside and throw a basketball around. I mind it when it is 11:00p.m. on a school night and he still isn't finished with homework and still hasn't had a shower. She told me it was about better time management. . .I told her I agreed with her. . .that my son's time had to be managed so that he could not only do homework, but also go out play, do household chores, and eat and take care of himself. Needless to say, the next school year she wasn't so bad. And my son had time to be a kid again!

It is rare that parents are willing to speak their mind to the teachers of today - and it is rare that children are willing to speak up about their problems either - I have to congratulate you on this! And I totally agree with what you say about time management - I heard that a lot at school, but if our time is filled with homework, there is no time left for us to manage! :o)
