I bought a Show House at Peninsula Park, Malacca, Malaysia.

I have investment on a new Terrace House in Malacca called Peninsula Park it's a Show House fully renovated & furhished. But as the area are not fully build up yet. Advise needed for the T & C before I sign on the dotted line... What do I ask from the developer as I'm required to lent out " MY HOUSE" them for 12 months, as they will replace any of the furnitures during the 12 months letting out. Can I ask them for re-renovate curtain area & change the flooring for free?
