I am not much fond of cooking. The thing that I like most to cook is maggi because I love having maggi. Most of the times I make it plain but sometimes I may also go by adding vegetables to it.

My all time favouite definitely has to be this one: FRIED TIGER SHRIMP AND SALMON SALAD (Serves 4) Ingredients 3 Tiger Shrimps 500g salmon 200g lettuce or other vegetables you prefer for salad 1 avocado 5 tablespoons lime juice 2 tablespoons garlic, fine chopped 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon dried perilla, chopped pinch of black pepper 3 tablespoons olive oil Dressing 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon garlic, minced 3 tablespoons vinegar 1 teaspoon ginger, minced Steps 1. Slice avocado, mix with lettuce and place on plate. 2. Wash, drain and devein shrimps; wash and drain salmon. Marinate them with lime juice, garlic, soy sauce, perilla and black pepper for 15 minutes. 3. Heat up olive oil in a frying pan. Fry each side of shrimps and salmon for 1 minute with medium heat. Place salmon on salad and place shrimps on top of the salmon. 4. Mix the dressing well, sprinkle on the salad, shrimp and salmon and serve. I love to make stuffed manicotti. It's kind of a challenge to stuff and also you can vary what you put into it. And my guests love it!

I love to cook chicken with dried mushroom, red dates, star anis, Chinese Wolfberry, light and dark soya sauce. Reason being it is good for eyes and strengthen weak legs and knees for the elderly.

first, I'll start by saying I'm not the best cook in the world..but there are some things I make that are very good..like my honey barbecue wings..I love to fry chicken so I fry it and then dip it in a special sauce..then, it goes in the oven until the sauce bakes in...Its my specialty

I love cooking but I am not the good cook. I just love to create new recipe. Whether the taste is good or not, that is the different story..... I love to cook chicken and prawn. They have that sweet and nice taste....

I guess it's my bacon & macaroni mix. I fry bacon bits, green pepper, onion, garlic, mixed herbs and tomato together. I cook macaroni (or any other pasta I have at hand), and mix the whole lot together. Then I'll leave it covered for 5 minutes for the flavours to infuse. I absolutely love the smells and taste!
