I am a teacher. Here's a question for you?

There are good teachers and bad teachers, but from the type of discussions you have posted here, I would say you are a good teacher. I would work hard to try to please you and get good grades. If you are a good teacher, I would be coming to you to ask for explanation of whatever I didn't understand in class. If I saw you had an interest in us to be the best we can when we were adults, and not just numbers who graduated and did good on sat tests, then I would defend you if ever needed. I would remember you when I was older and on my own, and remember the knowledge plus the values you taught and showed me with your actions in class. In fact, I have just described my 3rd grade teacher who took the time to tell me I was worth something and would succeed if I kept on with my learning.

I would treat you with repect. I always respect my teachers.

But your question was asking for it. xD Seriously though, from what I see from your comments and discussions, you do seem like you would be one of those great teachers that I respect and relate to. What do you teach? A specific subject, or early childhood?

I respect all my teachers. But amount of respect is more for teachers who are good at teaching.

If you were my teacher I would have studied what all you taught us and practise in life what ever you asked us to do.It is nice to be with a good teacher.Teachers frame the mind of students and student in turn respect and love them.The persons we respect are Mother,father and teacher.

I would be very respectful if you were my teacher. I believe that a teacher deserves respect and I would want you to leave the class feeling like you had made a difference in the outcome of my life. I would want you to feel like you are doing something very worth the effort and sacrifice.

If u were my teacher I'd treat u like I treat all of my teachers, with respects. I'm usually a pretty good student. I'm the kid who's pretty quiet and does well in school. Like I said I;d treat u with respect but I may not like ur class. What class do u teach?

If your were my teacher I would be silent in the class room and listen, ask questions as needed. Do all my homework. You wouldn't assighn too much would you? I wouldn't cause anuy trouble. When I was in 5th grade I accidently tiped my desk over reaching for an ereaser. Yhe teacher made me stand ib=n the corner. would you make me stand in the corner?

I was always a good student (except once in high school, and I'm still not sure what came over me on that day!). I remember getting a nice little certificate for "outstanding girl" in 3rd grade. But funny thing, when my teacher told my parents that I am always quiet in class, my parents thought surely that she must be crazy, or talking to the wrong parents! I bet that you're a heck of a teacher and the kids get along with you well. But I just don't get how another teacher could be jealous, they should be proud and look up to you as a role model! After all, they are in the same honorable position as you, very much responsible for the guidance and morale building of our future. Thank you for being there for our children, sbeauty. Aloha!

i respect of course ma'am:) because teacher's they are second parent's if you are inside the school. and since elementary, highschool and college i can't encounter a bad teacher, they so good to teach and they are always keep on advice us. sometimes they share to us their experience when they are student's before that's why i study hard and they are also my inpiration to got my goal in life.

If you were my Teacher then i would say i would be a bright student. From all the posting and discussions you have had, i can say without a doubt that you are a very compassionate, understanding, patient and loving teacher. You would get the same respect i give for my mom because she is a teacher too. Teachers are the ones who put the solid foundation of a childs life. If it wasn't for the teachers who gave me love and support i wouldn't be where i am right now. Thank you to all the teachers out there. I would be your favorite student. :P
