I think the title of this URL is so catchy, by the way. I found the link through http://www.newyork.craiglist.org/wri and thought it looked like a good lead. Does anyone else write there? If you're interested, here's a link:

I'm always on the hunt for busy-work types of writing sites, so I hope this one turns out to be legitimate like the others we've been talking about so much on here (associatedcontent.com, helium.com, etc.).

Wow another writing site again? *laughs* Looks like these writing sites are getting popular! I had a brief look and I think the layout looks pretty neat. So have you started writing there now? I have been on helium for now and I think I would experiment it for awhile before going on to other sites. If you have start writing there, it would be very interesting for you to share your experiences with us so that we could have one more channel to go to! Good luck with your writings!

LOL I know - tell me abou it! LOL I haven't written anything over there yet - I'm still trying to figure out what kind of content is best supported by the readers so my chances of success might increase. I've experimented with associatedcontent.com and was happy with the results, I experimented with helium.com and haven't produced enough content (only 10 articles) to know for sure if it's worth sticking around and I've signed up for triond.com (I think that's the link) and haven't posted anything there yet. I'm trying to feel around for what's best and will certainly report back with what's working and what isn't. ::smiles::

Right, we will wait for your update then! *laughs* I think less about success (but I wouldn't mind), I am going to stick with helium for a longer while and produce more stuff and see if it works! I will report on helium later too!

I've just joined, haven't posted any writing there yet, I'm also interested in other peoples experiance.
It looks similar to Gather, except you get paid via paypal (and doesn't just reward US members).
From what I've been able to work out (they need more detailed help pages) - you earn either from posting articles/comments or by referals & earning is similar to here and yuwie- the more votes and views your articles get the more you earn.
I don't know that you'll earn much (unless your acticles are popular) but from browsing the site it seems to have a good comunity and more of a focus on writing than Gather.
