Internet explorer or Firefox- The better one?

I like pretty much Mozilla Firefox and I can say that it is the better browser that I have found, the last version on Internet explorer are good but, Mozilla is more stable and never crash, my girlfriend tried it but she doesn't like much it, so she backed to internet explorer, I still prefer Mozilla firefox because, it have a spell checker very useful for mylot.

seriously i think internet explorer is no match for firefox , firefox has interesting features like opening multiple tabs, a built in downloader etc. so i dont think i would compare firefox with ie to test which is better

Firefox is good, in the subject of could add plugins, that IE doesn't have.

i prefer internet explorer. i did tried firefox twice, i just couldn't get long with it

firefox...all the time...i will still say firefox.. even though i have to use IE..i still love FF lol it's just easy and fast :)

i think the way its work are same with other browser, I user firefox often but after using version 2.0 it feel takes to much memory of my PC after quite some time browsing using it. maybe IE less take memory than firefox, perhaps because website I usually look using firefox compatible layout so I still stick to firefox. how about opera? anyone got something to say about it?

I have the two installed. I do not have any generalized, I use the two. If some der problem use the other.

if you are using windows operating system for me I.E is better that firefox. it is more copatible in the operating system because it is part of the the operating system. they say that I.E is less secure than firefox, maybe it is true, it's hackers hates microsoft... firefox is more secure because hackers will not pay attention on that browser, rather they will attack I.E so I.E is more secure because until now I.E is still part of the windows operating system. If the built-in Internet browser of Windows Operating System is Firefox then firefox is better that I.E.

in terms of download speed, user interface, pop-up blocking firefox is the the best and firefox offers live bookmarks which IE doesn't have. the only advantage of internet over firefox is that most web sites are built to work best with Microsoft's IE simply because it what sits on most PC's. that means some sites may not look quite right or may not be accessible at all via a browser other than IE. but all in all firefox for me is still the best browser.

Firefox is the better browser for me when compared to all the available browser in the market such as Internet Explorer, Opera and so on. The Performance and the Options available with the Firefox are just mind boggling and are not available with the other browser. Another feature of Firefox that impressed me is that its ability to use Extensions which is actually limitless. You dont need to think of your own for any extensions, any almost every feature you need in a browser is available as a Extension for Firefox. Also Security is one another very critical feature of Firefox, which is many times better than IE etc. You can completely disable javascript in Firefox, easily switch the proxy, control your favorite media player, auto refresh your pages, lock your pages and many other interesting features in Firefox. Ability to Save your Session, and Restoring the Session when Firefox crashes are another important feature of Firefox, not available with other browsers.Only disadvantage I can find in Firefox is that, it consumes a lot of memory. Restarting the firefox solves this problem.

IE is the Father of all Browsers

I love Firefox. Give me firefox over I.E. any day of the week.
