Everyone is telling me my topics are boring?! can someone give me some tips or pointers on how to give a better topic to talk about?

Try to discuss intereseting topics everyday life.Things people can relate to.Try not discuss simple things like what is your favorite color? What is your age,do you think im beautiful? etc.
