What is the best way to lose weight fast?

Don't eat less unless you eat too much, but that's probably not the case if you're wanting to lose weight. The best thing you can do is to eat less per meal and add more meals. Eat 5 meals a day, just small ones though. If you don't eat enough, your body will go into starvation mode. It will store everything you eat into fat cells.

Im glad you posted about losing weight, Im sorry to tell you this But fast does not exist in this situation You shouldnt diet but you should change permanently, Like dont eat sweets ever again or never drink soda again. Walk an hour evreyday, why do you think people in foreign countries are thinner than us, Its mainly because they walk alot more often!

Also dont starve yourself just to lose weight, If you have a big appetite, you should eat ALOT of healthy food, Like: Salad Fruit Vegetables Add all of these to each meal.

You probably have heard this one million times, but I'm goin to repeat it. The best way to lose weight is to eat less, eat healthier foods, and exercise. Balance out those three factors and you will drop the pounds and it wont be a temporary fix.

Thanks, You are right, but it gets so boring eating the same foods over and over especially when you have a very, very limited budget...

Wow, I have heard that before, but it is kinda hard when you are very limited with the type of exercise you can perform, due to knees and ankles.
