I need to create a website.But I don't want to spend too much money on it.I searched through the net about ways of creating my own websites with free domains.But my friends informed me that free domains can be deprived of rights any moment.I need help on creating a website involving minimum costs.Can anyone help me?

Yes your friends are right..If you register with free domains or subdomains they may even delete your account with out your notice..Now a days the domains are very cheaper..I would suggest godaddy.com which is the cheapest and have more facilities.I think the rate is $6.75/yr.Chk out..I too need to create one..:)..
