Kudos and farewell to Blackmagician, who's goodbye post contained a link to one of her previous discussions on hack software for myLot. It made me sick to my stomach to watch the video, so prepare yourself: http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/1074772.aspx You may already be aware I'm a combative soul, I don't take well to being messed with or effed over. The only religious tenet I believe in is, "God helps those who help themselves." In the discussion referenced above, several respondents said they would report the site to myLot. Whether they did or not, a month later the damn thing's still there. I PM'd myLot about it, but that isn't enough to satisfy me. I also found out that the hackers are using PrivacyProtect.org to mask their domain info, and I've complained to them. That's what I've accomplished in the hour since I read the discussions. That isn't enough. I used to own a traffic exchange that got attacked by hackers quite a lot. I could always tell when I was under attack, just by loading my site. Pages load very slowly, graphics don't display properly, or at all, page contents vanish for no reason... sounds like myLot this past weekend, no? I don't know about you, but I am mad as HELL and I'm not going to sit still and do nothing. I have a couple of ideas, but it will be much more effective if a whole bunch of us work together. Let me know if you're with me, I'll be working on refining my ideas into an action plan. Please share your ideas, too. I'm not here for the money, I love my friends so much I'd post here for nothing, but the little bit of money that comes my way is MINE, g-d it, and I'm not giving it up to skulking, scumbag, waste-of-carbon, thieving A$$HOLES without a fight!
