How often do you balance your bank book?

I am horrible. I swipe my debit card and will keep a rough number in my brain so that I don't have an overdraft, but I only record my debits about once a week or so. I have come close to not having funds available. This practice drives my husband NUTS! If I write a check, I immediately record the amount, but debits I am really bad with. I do balance about twice a month to the penny. My husband on the other hand, will withdrawl monney from the mac machine and as I'm walking through the door request the checkbook so that he can deduct his amounts.

I have taken GSM banking facility so it informs me for every transaction plus daily closing ballence so i can have all the detailed activity status on my cellphone .......

I just balance mine every time I pay my bills. I pay them online and it's so easy to go in and balance against the online statement. You are so good to do it daily. I'm too lazy for that. I'd rather be blogging - LOL!
