in the delivery room when you were having your baby? My hubby was in the room and he got to catch our daughter when I gave birth. I told the doctor that I should be paying my husband for the delivery. My daughter is now 22 and has a son ( picture on left) and I got to be in the delivery room with her. It was so exciting seeing my grandson enter the world. Would you do it? Hugs

My husband was in the delivery room both times. He wanted to be there, and I needed him there! He was with me every step of the way.
My oldest is 20 years old now. When the time comes and she has her own child, I would have no hesitation being in the delivery room if she wanted me there.

I actually had to get a c-section done but that relieved a lot of stress. My husbands mom wanted to be in the room for the deliever. Ugh! I barely knew her at the time and even then I wouldn't want her in there. My mom wanted to be in there too so I would have been a little more comfortable with that.
But since it was a c-section, only my husband was allowed in the room. He had to wear full on scrubs. He was the first one, besides the doctors, to hold my son. It was so amazing seeing him standing there showing me our son!
