Do you let your kids watch Dora the Explorer?

So I've never really watched Dora the Explorer before but I had heard so much about it. I heard it was a good, clean, educational show that kids love. So a few months ago I turned it on and Diego happened to be on there with Dora. I only saw about 4 minutes of this episode but it was something about a whale. Diego starts singing and in the song he goes, "if you look a whale then you are fat, if you look like a whale then you are fat!"
Whoa!!!! There is no way I want my child listening to a song telling people they're fat!
Has anyone else seen this episode? Did I hear it wrong? Can anybody tell me which episode it's on if they've seen it?

Oh, my grand daughter loves this Dora the explorer show very much. It is being shown here almost every day.I even made a recording of some of the episodes but I haven't encountered that particular episode you're telling us. If that was part of the show, i really would feel disgraced though it was done uninentionally. the producers of the show,i think are sensitive enough to issues like thise. it's a kid show and they have to protect the interest of the children in general. but in totality the show is educational and lively.

I dont think i have ever seen this episode and they are playing alot of reruns these days. I dont like the idea of that episode if you did hear right. That is terrible, i am overweight and i really dont want my children refering to me as a whale. But all the ones that i have seen there hasnt ever been anything like that in them. There is a show that they did called go Diego go maybe you seen that one and Dora was on it with him because his show is the one where they rescue all the animals. I havent really tunned into that show.

I haven't seen this episode but my child watches Dora and Deigo and I like them. She has learned a lot of Spanish from dora and she is always telling me something new that she has learned from watching it. I would have a problem if she called someone fat!
