GPS tracking through all mobile, wireless and internet compatible devices. Auto pilot for cars. Virtual x-rays. OS with virtual avatars and wireless HUD display compatibility. Basically take your favorite science fiction novel and make it nonfiction.

GPS tracking system through all mobile, wireless and internet compatible devices, auto pilot for cars and virtual x-rays are already existed in some other countries but i think up to now those are still prototypes.
OS with virtual avatars and wireless HUD sounds unique and also a good one

maybe a virtual gaming environment using a eyeglass and a pad that will sense all your movements, using those technologies you will be the one who is playing on a computer generated environment taking the exact role of the character you are playing.
a robotic maid that knows how to wash dishes, wash clothes and clean the house, throw garbage just like in SIMS is also unique and will be a lot of fun to have ^_^
