We are soon to have our third child and I was thinking we should make a will. Do you have a will yet?

We don't have a will yet, either. Hubby and I have had countless discussions about who will get the kids. We've come close to an agreement, if we could just agree. We both agree on his brother or one of my sisters. The problem is we don't like their spouses. Someday we'll get the decision made. I just hope it won't be too late.

My hubby and i sort of scribled our last wishes on a piece of paper but i guess to make it legal it should be in legal terms. i dont know. we have quite a lot of property but one child. the problem comes in if we die before she is 18. then someone must be apointed to manage the estate. thats where a will becomes important. your discussion has reminded me to finish it. thank you.

No. I do not have a will. I should, but I don't. Personally, I do not have any assets to worry about, but I should have it in writing where I would want my children to go if something were to happen to me and their father. It is certainly a good idea for all parents to have a will. I just don't always follow my own advice.

I don't have a will. I think it's not so necessary, as right now we just have one kid. We don't have to worry who will get our property.

We have 4 kids and do not have a will. I wouldn't know who to leave my kids to in case something happened to my hubby and me. I know my mom would take them, but that would sure be alot on her. I wouldn't want my children split up either, I don't think that is fair to them.

My husband and I got a will when we got married, but then later changed it when we had our baby.
