how to use the word "skepticism"?

i am studying english now.could you tell me how to use the word of skepticism? please give some examples.

Skepticism is pretty much the act of doubting someone or something. For example, I'm skeptical of Paris Hilton being a different person when she gets out of jail. It's just a fancy word for "doubt".
