Do you believe in the power of herbs? I did. Modern medicine is second for me. Hopefuly I will stay healthy and consequently will not need to use modern medicine in the future. Gotu cola and ginkgo biloba work very well for me (I used them before). Currently I take garlic pill, it is very good too. Garlic help me to survive New Zealand winter. How about you? Any herbs work for you? or you are skeptic and stick to modern medicine?

Herbs and natural medicines are 20 times more efficient in healing a sick body than anti-biotics and conventional medicine. When we start getting flu or a cold there is an organic herbal tea that I buy for it and it works so well. I also make use of aromatic oils like lemon grass and things in my home as well. I love all the natural products to keep us healthy and strong.

Yup, I agree. Natural medicine is more effficient in healing bodies. There is a basic principles of how herbal medicine treat a sick body, written in www.moneyfromhealth.blogspot.com . Did you know that every disease can be treated using herbs? Given that no companies can pattern a herbal medicine (because it is natural rather than synthetic formula), then herbs were not made popular. Not as popular as panadol or viagra.

Yes! I am busy reading a book on herbs and how they can benefit our health and when we are sick how they can heal us. It is amazing how many people will rather trust in synthetic meds to make us better when we are ill than actually trusting the natural resources abundantly available to make us better... Thank you so much for the response and the great imput... I really enjoy it.

Herbs have been put here to benefit us. Our diets must also reflect the care we have for our bodies and therefire longevity. Understanding the herbs that you use is imperitive. Also why take a pill when the actual item is soooo good for you. Unable to buy real garlic. Unable to grow some for yourself? Anyway, keep up the good work and I hope indeed you do not become ill enough for the medical establishment.

I think that herbs should be used all the time to keep us healthy and to try to prevent certain conditions rather than be relied on as a cure when we become ill. All herbs have at least some health benefits and we should try to include them in our diets wherever possible
