What is IPTV

Hi, Anyone knows what is IPTV? What is the difference between a conventional normal TV and an IPTV ?

I do not know where are you from,I know a little about iptv,and it is on the beginning in our country.it has many advantages over ordinary tv,using it,we can look back those missed items and we can play games on tv,and we can vote or even buy something by tv.
