vegetables are more good for the body but the sad thing about it is that we tend to eat more of the non vegetarian foods which are very harmful to our bodies if we take them in excess and with no moderation.

i think vegetarian is better because it is more nutrious than non veg food and i do not see any point in killing the animal and eating

I'm a definite 100% veg-lover! I can't think of one vegetable that I dislike! In this discussion, I took the words 'non-veg' to mean 'meat', so if it isn't, I apologize. I'm not a vegetarian, but I'm very fussy when it comes to meat, it creeps me out a lot of the time - because of the colours, the textures, and sometimes the fatty bits... ugh! Vegetables are much nicer, and you know what you're getting each time. I prefer to eat all my veggies raw so their nice and crunchy, and they lose more nutrients when you cook them. I'm not so big a fan of fruit though, that can creep me out a bit too, since it's all squishy and juicy (yep, I'm a fussy eater!)... I like my food dry and crunchy - veggies and grains and nuts and things... I'm sure I was a rabbit in my past life... :o)
