Hi frenz!!!!!I am having a simple question in my mind. All of you might have appeared in any interview, mite be for a job, might be for admission in any engineering college, might be for admission to any mba or any medical institute. I am talking preferable for the interviews taken for a job.Do you think, if the person who is giving the interview is a girl and the one who is taking the interview is a guy (almost of same age or mite be some difference) or viceversa, a guy giving interview and gurl taking the interview, then the results are affected.I mean, can it happen that the decision will go in the favour of opposite s*x instead of same s*x canditure. Think first and then post your discussion please.

Hi, nnishaant, It depends upon the mentality of the person taking interview. Job is a official matter and is different from personal. Favouring girl candidate depending upon the mental up of the person who takes interview. It is not necessary that he should favour the girl since she is a girl of the same age or of different age or that the girl is looking. I went to an interview for a job as a stenographer. For one post, about 15 candidates came for interview. Out of 15, 7 were girls. Most of them are good looking and very smart. I thought my opportunity of getting the job was remote. I wanted to leave the place. At the particular moment I was called in for interview. I attended. I was the only person selected. I was 27 years old whereas the person (owner's son who took interview was only 23 years old) Girls who came for interview were within 20 to 25 years old. Therefore, it is not necessary that ultimate decision going in favour of the girl.
