Weight Loss Competition - Tuesday, June 26th

Good morning guys and gals! How did everyone's day go yesterday?? I did pretty good. I rode my exercise bike for a 1/2 an hour and then I got back on it an hour later to ride another 1/2 an hour. I didn't do too bad at dinner, but I did eat a lot of sour cream. :( Hopefully the exercising makes up for that. Tonight I plan on going walking AND riding my exercise bike. I'm also going to try and stay within my points. What do you guys find is the hardest to do when trying to lose weight. I personally find the eating right part hard. At work I find it easier because I don't have as many food options and because I'm keeping myself busy. When I get home for dinner, that's another story. My goal to fix this is to start and finish projects around my condo. I have a lot of stuff to do, but I usually don't have the time or energy to tackle the projects when I get home. That's going to change. I'm going to make sure I get plenty of sleep and I'm going to work out regularly. I just need to keep going instead of plopping down on the couch after work!! hello!this is new.i've just read your discussion today. i think this is good motivation for weight-conscious people like you and I.i'm going swimming for an hour tonight.will write more later.goodluck to u!
