Writers: Suite101.com and Creative Block

I'd really like to bring my topic over at suite101.com back to life again. I've gone from submitting content on an almost daily basis to barely posting new material once per week. See what I mean: http://mixedmediaarts.suite101.com/ Part of the problem is that most of what I write about over there is based on my own projects. The problem with that is I've been suffering from a terrible bout of creative block. So, no projects . . . hence, not much writing. Do you have suggestions for breaking free from creative block? Do you have a suite101.com topic that you're looking to beef up with content from other writers on the site?

thats what happened to me, then i got sick (while still working part time) (i had a viral infection for 6 weeks during the winter) and ended up getting a nasty note from the suite I wrote about canadian history and coping with a chronic illness anyways, i dont really know what to tell you but can only wish you well!!
