That isn't abnormal actually. Muscle weighs more then fat. If you are working out I would check more by how your clothes are fitting and looking in the mirror. You probably look and feel more toned and your clothes are probably fitting better. Also, muscle is a wonderful thing as the more muscle you build, the more fat you will burn. Good job, keep up the good work and stick with it!

That's because you are building up your muscle and muscle weighs more. But muscle also helps burn fat faster. So the weight will eventually start coming off.

Well any time we exercise we build muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat, so even if you are losing fat, you can still weigh more. I don't know about 10 lbs, that seems a bit much. But one way to check this is to measure yourself by inches. Measure your waist line and see if that has gotten smaller. Are your clothes feeling tighter? Another thing is to be sure you are drinking plenty of fluids. Not only to keep yourself hydrated but to flush out your system. It could be water retention if you are not drinking enough. good luck.

It could be muscle mass, but it could also be that your body is still getting used to the changes. It takes a year until the body is used to what is being done to eat, eating habits, changes in lifestyle. In time everything will be better. If you overwork your body can also swell from all the workout you give it. The best way is to work out at least 3-5 days a week, and rest 2 days in a row. This way your body is not overworked.

I think you have gained Muscle mass and that is why you would have gained weight. It is very possible that if you do some strength training, your muscles could have gained more weight.. If not, maybe you need to check your eating habits so that your calorie intake should be less than your calorie burnt.. That is the way to lose weight..

You are building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat and it takes up less space. So, you can go down in inches and up in weight. You should worry more about the inches than the weight.
