Lose excess weight and enjoy doing it!

What kind of exercise would you suggest for somebody who is a bit overweight? I would suggest him or her to go ballroom dancing! This is a form of exercise for both men and women who want to lose weight, and at the same time, enjoy losing weight! There are certain dances that would make one lose weight. Those dances are the jive, boogie, swing, chacha and some other fast dances. I love ballroom dancing! You don't only lose weight when you dance, you also gain confidence in yourself whenever you dance. If anybody here in the Philippines would like to go dancing, I think the best and the cheapest ballroom dancing place to be is at The Wave Ballroom, located at Mindanao Avenue, Quezon City, right behind the SM City North Edsa and a few blocks away from the newly built mall, Trinoma. Anybody interested?
