The owner of a gas station in Wisconsin was fined for offering a Senior Citizen discount for gasoline. In Wisconsin, gasoline wholesalers are required to add at least a 3% mark up, retailers are required at least a 6% mark up. He is taking his case to court. It's a sad day when a business owner has to go to court to be able to offer a discount for gasoline!
