need to find a board and care facility in orange county, ca

My mother was living in a board and care facility. She had a heart attack last week. She cannot swallow so they are putting a tube in her stomach. Because of this, her current facility is not license to take her back. So I am in search of another board and care facility in Orange County California who will take her. She has dementia and she cannot speak. She will need someone who will put the food in for her and change the tube. Please help me.
