Is there something out there that gets rid of this? I wasn't too concerned when it was just a little bit, but now its ALL over and it just looks awful. My ds never had that big a problem with it.
Is there a baby product that helps clear that up?

I was told by my daughter's doctor to not put anything on it due to the fact that their bodies are release the extra homorones that was given to them by the mom. My daughter cleared up in about a month or so all I did was wash her face with warm water(no soap of any kind)didn't put and lotion of any kind on her. When I give her a bath I used Aveeno(oatmeal)Oatmeal help to nourish your skin and its gentle on babies delicate skin. So maybe that is a good product to use Oatmeal bath products and Aveeno have baby products too.

Like I said, it's only gotten steadily worse. I have been just washing her face in warm water. And she is almost a month old, Friday... so its not going away like normal. Its getting worse. I wanted to take pics, but I don't want all the acne to show up.

Desitin works great for all of that. It also prevents and helps diaper rash. I used a lot of desitin on my girls. I put in on their bottom every diaper change if it was off. It is thick so the white will stay on for a while on the face but if you put it on in the evening it will help. I swear by the stuff. When I didn't have desitin on their face I put on baby magic to soften the skin. This will pass soon but until then remember desitin is a mom's best friend!!

I have switched to A&D for her bum. Desitin was just too messy for my taste. I didn't like having to spend so much time washing THAT area.
I do have desitin creamy though and will have to try that. Thanks...
