Recently, our store put a sign up on the doors that the store is not responsible for injuries or accidents sustained by a child wearing heelys. Personally, I can't see why anyone would want their children to wear them. I saw one boy zipping through the store and almost knocking over an elderly woman, then almost knocking down a display. They really are potentially dangerous. I found this website with some of the dangers listed. http://www.toysafety.org/toy1.html

No, my kids wear mostly dress shoes for schol and stuff and slightly more casual ones at home and other places.

NO! I will not buy these darn shoes for my kids. I have seen the dangers first hand I watched a child not be able to stop and just missed getting hit by a car. My step son has them and he is not allowed to wear them to my house at all.
