I dont think you guy know where Cambodia is!!! But dont worry, we have a lot of good food. Trust me and you will like them.
Here is one of my favorite Rice Soup
Choice of meat (chicken or fish or Pork), I love chicken so I will pick the chicken for now
Clean Chicken (whole or half is up to you)
Green Onion,
Ginger
Rice
1. Boil water and then put chicken. Boil it until it comes soft and tender.
2. When the chicken is well done, then take it out. after that Put 1 or 2 cup of Rice in. Keep boil them until the Rice well done.
3. After the rice well done, Put some salt, sugar, and fish sauce. Make sure it is not too salty.
4. slice chicken in small pieces and put them back in the boil pot. Stir them and make sure everything is mixing well. The last thing to put is Green Onion.
If you like pepper then you can also put a little in a bowl when you serve it.

hahaha yes i do Know where Cambodia is , lol. Also i collect recipees from around the world and will certainly be saving this one to my book, I collect all the mylot recipees i find and will put them all up to down load when i finally complete it

Now I think you will be surprised. I visited Phnom Penh in August 2003. My husband and I spent 2 weeks there. We were working with a group that teaches English. We set up computers for them to use. I did enjoy sampling the different fruits and vegatables.
About your recipe...what is fish sauce and where might we find it in the US?

Well, that surprised. But you should go there again now, because everything is changed and you will like it more.
Oh, Fish Sauce? you can find those at vietnamese store or, chinese store. And ask them for it. Any asia stores should have it.
Get the expensive one is good :D
