what is best paired with beer?

here in the philippines, sisig is, i think the most popular food best paired with beer? but i'm not really fond of sisig coz of its, uhmm, contents. i think chips are also good. any other suggestions?

Sisig would be great, but due to the commercially made ones with the organs, eww.. I like sisig with real meat or ground meat. You can try cooking that one. Another would be chili food. Grilled chicken, grilled pork, or grilled fish. Some also eat peanuts. And of course chicharon! hehe..

i like sisig with cheese on it! yeah chicharon! try fried chicken skin, it's great also!
