How do you deal your anger?

I'm not an explosive person and I can't express my anger well. I know people have rights to be angry when things are not right or when someone break your precious, etc. But I don't have the courage to let it out. I can only cry or keep the anger inside for myself, just bury it inside when I felt such anger. I really want to change but I just can't. I always imagine how the person I got angry with deal with my anger. This makes me think that expressing my anger is not a necessity. How about you? Do you let people know that you're angry?

I just go to sleep and forget what's going on. I try to not feel anger. I practice Yoga and it's very good for the mind and for me to stay calm.

Yoga is a good thing anyway. For the body and soul. I think I have to learn about it too. Thanks for sharing.

Of couse, when I get angry I have to express it, so relived the pain and anger. After that, it's normal again. I just want to burst it out really.
