problem with my sendo 360

actually, i was using my phone to browse and i later off it. so i tried to swith it on and so it on. but still on, the phone light swith off and on twice and then the phone off. i tried to on it again but it repeated that problem. i took it to a phone repair shop and they said the phone needs flashing. i dont know what to do.
