Lately I've been getting these bad leg cramps. It starts in my upper thigh and then goes to my knee and then to my calves. I don't know what could be causing this because I am not doing any kind of strenuous activity and I'm not overweight or anything like that. I eat good too so I don't think it could be that. Any ideas on what it could be?

Instead of making a wild guesses I would suggest you get yourself checked by a doctor. My mom suffered cramps in legs as she was diabetic and when she had a massive heart attack she had cramps in her legs.Which unforutantely we ignored as routine. My hubby got leg cramps due to a back problem he suffered from. I get leg cramps because I am overweight and aneamic.
the point is do not ignore it but get a check up done. It may mean something but then it may not.

I get cramps like that when I am hungover and it is apparently to do with dehydration someone told me.

i dont drink though so that can't be it. Maybe there is something wrong with my feet. That could cause leg pains, right?
