Few days ago, Therry Henry dumped Arsenal for Barcelonia, many are of the oppinion that arsenal will no longer do well. But some say all of his fans will start surporting barca, do you agree with them? Are there not other competent players in the team? i have love for arsenal because of their strategic passes and the way goals are scored. Some people opined that with Eto and Henry in Barca that the team will do just well. Do you blame Arsenal Coach for the loss? Barca or Arsenal which of them do you love most?

Henry is my favourite player but i never thought that he will leave arsenal. I supported arsenal even before he joined.Overall its a team game not a one man show. I still feel that most of henry goals are not created by himself but mainly from the midfield. Ok he is a brilliant player but if he receives the right pass then he can score a good goal. Only a few occasions he has scored a goal out of nothing. If arsenal keep hold of hleb, (who is a good passer of the ball but can't shoot to save his life),rosicky (whom i think will be the player for arsenal next season and can score from anywhere and is also a play maker), fabregas,(who can thread a pass with the smallest gap) then arsenal will do well. The reason why we had a poor season last year is because we did not have a proven finisher - van persie and henry were injured during the 2nd part of the season. It is not wenger's fault . As far i know from previous transfers involving arsenal and barcelona, players such overmars, petit, silvinho did not do well. So could the same happen to henry. Can he adapt to the spanish liga? I doubt it.

My advice to 'Arsenal' fans is that Wenger is a great manager who knows what he is doing. Like radish has just commented that we got rid of henry because his heart was not with the team eventhough henry said last year he will stay with arsenal forever. But in football, anything can happen. I will support arsenal through the good and bad times. In fact i am lucky to be in this era where Arsenal have played their best football till date. When Wenger sold Anelka, people were criticising him for this as they thought he lost his head but he signs a french winger who was struggling in the italian league. He converted that average winger to an amazing striker. He made Henry the person he is today. No other manager can do this. Arsenal have to keep hold on Wenger if they are to be a force. I believe this team can surprise alot of people. Watch out for Arsenal.

djdeep81, thanks for your response. infact kudos to you. you are a good football analyst mere looking at the analysis above. we the fans, you know we are bias, what do you say about us? some fans support a team just because of one or two good players. arsenal didn't do well last season, most of us lost confidence in them and even hate to watch other teams/matches. what advice do you have for the coach?

Arsenal fans, most of them went to that bloody Chelsea, glory hunters. Now that Henry has gone alot of fans will leave. I myself am an Arsenal fan, i will not leave as they are my beloved team!

Bradley AFC, thanks for your response. what of if arsenal did not perform well next season would you still remain their fan? many of arsenal fans have lost confidence in them. flying emirates used to excel and perform extra ordinarily in their outings especially with therry henry the confidence is sure but lately reverse is the case.

Very funny huh? Look friend Arsenal is the best team I cherish most, whether Henry or no Henry I still love Gunners for life. I agree that we missed him, but then that's the way it is (he needs to have a change of scene). Thanks

hello mujtab20, thanks for your response. i know you really love arsenal but let us be factual about this latest development. what do you think the coach will do to improve on the perfomance of the remaining players. do you predict more resignations? ok let's watch and see. i still love arsenal but i am afraid of further losses.

First of all its not such a big loss. I know many would disagree with me but that's my opinion and I'll tell u why.If u look through arsene wengers history with his players u'll see that almost all the players he sold where in their down curve of their performance and no player has excelled or even been close to his form at arsenal.Examples of such players: Anelka left to madrid and did nothing, vieira left to juve then inter yet still not the vieira we knew in arsenal, edu just vanished, pires was keen to join viarreal but accomplihed nothing. These r just few examples maybe th only player that left in his peak was reyes and it was because he couldn't adapt to life in london. So if you ask me, I'll tell you that Barca will fall under the weight of their stars as madrid did a couple of years ago and arsenal will still be the great most exciting team in england specially with such young talents like Fabregas,Wallcot,v.persie and denilson

ElectronicPharaoh, thanks for your response. i can see the level of your love and admiration for arsenal, actually we all know the history of the team and their performance so far. Henry's exit from the team is not the end of the club but there is need for proper management of the players to avoid further exit of valuable players. If you ask me, I will say that Barca, Man U etc is more positioned now than Arsenal. Though my support for arsenal is still pending, all will depend on their current/latest outings. what is your advice for the coach?
