gmail provides the best user environment, but yahoo is safer.

and it also allows pop3 and smtp server access so that we dont need a paid id to configure email clients like thunderbird and outlook. in yahoo only paid ids are allowed these services.

As of now if you say of features, easy usability and user friendliness, Gmail is the only one and the best in this case. Gmail has some unique features which no mail has not introduced till now. One is attach upto 20 MB files in a single mail and chat directly from the mail with online friends. Some other mail accounts (yahoo, rediff, sify) have recently given unlimited space but they also lack these facilities.

well def,. i think gmail is without a doubt the best mail service, and i think it is quite obvious. it is fast and is simple to use not too much technolo based like yahoo and also it has a pop access which is great., and then you have the so much space that you can keep all your mail and still you dnt have a full inbox. so, wht else do you need. ooh i forgot, you can chat he he he yes you can chat and that is intigrated. so if you dnt have a msnger installed dnt worry still you can chat and there is no problem.

i also think that Gmail is right now the most user friendly mail service provider!:) by the way i also use AOL mails which i find fast and good and it also provides 2GB space in free.and aol gives the facility of taking back your sent mail from the mailbox of that person you sent mail to..it's very useful in the case of mistake.but still i think it's secondary to the services of Gmail:)

As a personal preference, I would much rather use Gmail than any other mail provider. As a rating, Inbox.com has been rated #1. I do not like Inbox.com, due to "too much security;" they send out emails that make your contacts fill out activation codes in order to send/receive emails to you.
