I have gone through some rough times here lately, and it has left me heartbroken and feeling hopeless. I just don't know if there is any way to get out of this hole I feel I am in, any suggestions?

I am sorry to hear of your broken heart! To be honest with you, only in time will your pain begin to heal.....Although you feel hopless right now, you are not! You have to pull yourself together and be strong! Know that everything happens for a reason....I will leave you with this quote, I hope you fell better soon:) Life doesn't give you the people you WANT; it gives you the people youNEED! To HELP you, to HURT you,to LOVE you, to LEAVE you, to MAKE you the PERSON you were MEANT TO BE

The heart is the strongest muscle in the body, so just remember that. We all go through bad times and rejection is very hurtful, but it also makes you stronger and each heartbreak teaches us lessons about ourselves. Use this time to be good to yourself and help yourself put closure on the pain by offering your time to someone else who is in need. I often volunteer my time and it makes me feel so good. You can go to an animal shelter or a local hospital and give of yourself to others who are in more need than you. It will help you put things into perspective and make you see the bigger picture. Good Luck!

Im so sorry for you hearbreak problems, but remember its not your heart that is broken because it is still in one piece but it is your feelings and you spirit that is broken. you can recover it may take time but you can move on look for the bright side of life and remember it wasnt meant to be. Dont sit at home and ponder on it , go out with your friends or make new friends, pick a new hobby and change some habits of your old self.
