I will never buy another condo/house without getting a mold inspection! When we bought our condo over a year ago, it was in "perfect" condition. But soon after moving in we realized that the person who selled it to us just made it look good. Cheap flooring, new kitchen counters built on top of other ones, etc. But they also kept the bathroom walls clean. They didn't live here, they were more of a "house flipper." So there was no visible mold on the walls. Now, every few days we have to scrub our walls with bleach to keep it clean! What can we do to keep the mold away for good? My husband I have both realized that we are allergie to it and we've been having more problems lately because it's hot and humid outside! Any advice would help! Thanks!

It's funny because I've been studying Mold stuff a lot recently. My work has mascot costumes and the person who took care of them before me...didn't actually take care of them. So "Mold" was mentioned a co-worker is freaking out because she's allergic to mold. So I've been trying to work out getting rid of any "Possible" mold. Anyhow... the best places to go to find professional means of Mold control and cleaning is by going to either http://www.epa.gov. The Environmental Protection agency. Also Http://www.cdc.gov. Center for disease control. Both websites give you tips on how to rid the mold yourself, control future mold and where to go to seek professional help if you can not do it yourself. That should be a really big help.
