My mom just left this morning to go home to Florida. I believe this was the best visit yet. She will be eighty-five next week and she is really slowing down, but she is as sharp and as funny as ever. I really enjoyed her visit and my kids really are at an age where they really appreciate her. I am sad that she may not be around to see them graduate college, get married and have kids. Do you cherish the moments you spend with your own mom and what do you enjoy doing with her when are with her?

Yes I do cherish my mother. She lives along ways from me and I try to visit her as much as I can and she has tried to visit me too. When we get together we have a good time chatting about different things and go shopping and dinner too.

My mom lives far away too and I fear that she will soon not be able to travel to see me. However, the airline was very good to her and got her a wheelchair so she could easily move around the terminal. I hope to fly down to see her too the next time.

Honestly? No. Yet i think i should. I dont know what's wrong with me. but i dont really like my mom that much. maybe because I grew up without her? so no one can expect me to be so close to her.. I can tell that she's trying her best to make it up to me, but it's just not enough i guess. My friends say that I should give her a chance, I sometimes feel like I should, but i end up ignoring her most of the time.

I grew up with my mom, but she treated me with indifference when I was very young while she favored my brother. I resented her for it for years, but now I am at a stage where I can look past all that and she has grown to appreciate me for who I am. I hope you get there too.

Oh my lord! what a topic you have started at this moment. After twelve years of long gap my mommy is back to stay with me permanently. She just joined me last saturday. I feel very young and energetic after eating my moms tastiest food. I think My life span also increased by another 20 years. Thanks to lord for bringing back my mommy. She is 58 years old now and all these days she was with my brothers and sisters in my ancestral house.

I am nowfar away from my home and the time I feel alone I cherish very very much remembering the time i spent with my mom recently and plan what to do next time when i go to see my mom again. I just love to talk, talk and talk with my mom like this talking will never end......my husband ask me ' whre from you get so many topic to talk to your mom?" Actually I am not a talkative person rather i like to listen more than talking but I think the exception is when i am with my mom, I tell her every small and big incidents I have ever experienced. I like it just more than anything else in the world. Now I call mom every alternative day and if I miss one day both of us feel like many days have passed without calling........my mom....I love her so so so much..
