Officer Accused of Choking Skateboarder

I think he went too far, just by going on what I saw on that video, I don't think it was necessary to put those kids in a headlock.

I think the cop reacted in a way that was not appropriate. Really, he angry about nothing. He needs to deal with some real crime. Secondly, I have never seen a cop in shorts. It may be hot, but I have a hard time taking him seriously in shorts.

I watched the video. That is messed up. Man! I was getting pi$$ed just watching that. If that had happened to my son let me tell you what. There would be a major law suit. Nobody (civilian or cop) has the right to put their hands on any one. I hope the parents sue the crap out of that guy. For real.

Maybe he did go too far but no one knows what was really happening before that. I would not want to judge anybody without knowing exactly what the whole thing was about. :)

Well this cop was found innocent of these charges, the skateboarders will be going to court soon. They were not to be skateboarding on the main street.This is a resort area, they have alot of torists in the area.There are signs up everywhere. They do have a skateboard park very close to where they were doing this.The law is the law, they were in the wrong place..
