can't open the yahoo.com, what's up

do you know why i can't open the website:www.yahoo.com, i am sure i didn't make a mistake about the spelling. i am from China,is there anyone from China ? and if you also met the problem, now i am still can't do it, and can't open my mailbox there is a very important mail in it and i need to deal with it. OMG

I am in the USA but when I tried to login on yahoo this morning it took me 7 tries before I got in. I think they must be having problems today.

No I don't think it is hacked. They do have problems from time to time when they are working on upgrades or making more weird changes,lol.

I am form China and now I can open it. Can you open it now?? My ISP is China Telecom.

yes, everything is ok now i don't know the ISP about us, because now i am in Shanghai, but my IP display i am in Guangzhou,

yeah, i met this problem too. i tried 3 times to open the yahoo website, still can't open. but its back when after hours.

it took me also an hour to access my mail. maybe there is a server problem in the yahoo site.

me too, last night actually, my yahoo msgr is offline, im trying to sign in but not successful. i thought maybe my pc have a virus, i scan my computer, but its ok, i guess its yahoo., i have posted a discussion before about not getting email in my yahoo , well, i switch to hotmail. they say the problem is internal
